I've neglected you, my poor blog. I'm so sorry. It's not that I don't love you dearly. I think about you practically every day. But sometimes, you need a little distance from the ones you love. Especially when being close means holding up a magnifying glass to your life. Sometimes, it just takes a little preparation before you're ready to get into all that again.
I'm on vacation now and still thinking of you. When the vacation is over, I understand that it will be time to get back to all sorts of serious work. That means you and I will be meeting again very soon.
Until then, take care, and watch out for my postcard in the mail.

Well, for starters, I am still technically ON the vacation until tonight. :) I'm afraid I don't have much in the way of spectacular or even mediocre pics, but I'll share what I do have, as well as a story or two. But, you must remember that it's true what they say about what happens in Vegas... :)
